As a result, when creating this project, I gradually got rid of the unnecessary, and in the end, only what you can observe in the Up&Down project remained. And all this is closely related to the essence of this crystallized new project.

From the vast array of information that you can find about our industry, from the heap of suggestions that fall on the heads of restaurateurs and hoteliers, from the thousands of techniques that are supposed to help us all - we highlighted the essence: priceless experience of practitioners. Experience that came at a high cost - time. We went even further and combined the experience of various spheres of our industry. We united the experience regardless of its location, because we know for sure that it is universal. We added the experience of interacting with related spheres that you constantly communicate with. And we will not stop there.
Thus, we got rid of the boring theory and imaginary diversity and gave you the essence of many-day or even multi-year work of practicing specialists. We removed all the unnecessary and left you with the most important thing that will help you be inspired again and move forward. However, to analyze this work and make decisions is your task, but for you, who have experienced ups and downs more than once, it's not a problem. We have prepared the foundation for you, but you still need to build your own road yourself - how interesting.
